The GPAA, on behalf of GEPF in particular, holds human resources forums in all regions in order to find better ways of working with stakeholders for the benefit of their members, pensioners and beneficiaries. The main purpose of these forums is to highlight challenges faced in dealing with claims processing and to seek proposals from stakeholders on how they could assist in addressing these challenges.
